returns what we accept and do not accept
Wholesale Beads will refund, exchange or replace faulty items, where stock is deemed to be faulty. We will replace the stock or refund to the same value of item. Faulty stock returns are not recognised beyond 14days of purchase, proof of purchase is required.
Wholesale Beads will not refund "Change of mind purchases". Exchanges for 'Change of mind purchases' will only be considered at the manager’s discretion within days of delivery or purchace in store. Any cost incurred for returned items will be at the customer’s expense. Returned items can only be accepted for return in the same condition as the original delivery. There is a $1.50 change per Packet of beads exchanged within 14days of purchase.
Online orders;.if you have accidently selected the wrong size, colour, product, contact us immediatly, we will do our best for you, however, we are not responsibile for the charges incured to return the incorrectly secllected ite, please seek prior authority before returning stock to us.
Returned stock without prior approval (either by email or instore) is not recognised.
Invoice disputes are not reconised after 2 business days.
Stands of beads are not exchanged.
