Terms & Conditions
Wholesale Beads endeavours to provide the best variety of beads, findings and associated accessories with the highest level of service. If for any reason you are disappointed or otherwise with our products and services please contact our management team on email@example.com outlining your concern. Please be sure to include your preferred contact details.
There is no minimum order when shopping on this website.
Orders and Delivery
Please allow 1-4 working days for all deliveries. We deliver by EXPRESS POST and REGULAR POST - Australia Post. If there are special delivery instructions, please let us know. If you are not home when Australia Post delivers the parcel and there is nowhere secure to leave the parcel, AUSTRALIA POST will leave a card advising you which post office you can collect your parcel from.
If you choose - no signature with your Express Post then sadly we are not responsible for lost deliveries.
If you choose a signature service with your Express Post, the parcel only be delivered if someone can sign for it, Otherwise the parcel should carded and you collect from the nominated Post Office.
Australia Post charges as per the drop down menu on the website at the checkout, or unless otherwise quoted by email from us.
Shades, Colour and Size May Vary
Many of the items contained in this catalogue are handmade or hand dyed. For this reason items may vary in colour shade and in some cases shape.
Due to photographic limitations exact colour matches to bead colour is not always possible. It is advised that the colour description is used as the main indicator and not the photo attached.
Wholesale Beads source all supplies from around the world. For this reason some items take months to re-order and in some cases are discontinued without notice. If repeat orders of the same beads are required please consult management regarding future availability.
Wholesale Beads cannot guarantee exact matches to previous deliveries for the reasons mentioned above. Wholesale Beads recommends that if an exact match is desired that a sample bead is sent when an order is placed. Notification of forthcoming sample should be noted in the 'Comments' section of the order page.
Wholesale Beads will exchange or replace faulty items. If not possible, a refund will be provided.
Wholesale Beads will not refund 'Change of mind purchases'. Exchanges for 'Change of mind purchases' will only be considered at the manager’s discretion within days of delivery. Any cost incurred for returned items will be at the customer’s expense. Any item returned must be in the same condition as the original delivery and with prior approval. There is a $1.50 change per Packet of beads exchanged within 14days of purchase.
Stands of beads are not refunded or exchanged. (Unless faulty stock).
Where stock is deemed to be faulty. We will replace the stock or refund to the same value of item. Faulty stock returns are not recognised beyond 14days of purchase.
Wholesale Beads try to keep prices consistent throughout our online store. However, due to changes in the Australian Dollar and rising fuel costs, prices may vary from one delivery to another. Wholesale Beads reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices are automatically adjusted for orders with a shipping address overseas. You will have to logon with your account and the shipping address set to a non Australian country to see the correct price. The price you see is then without GST. International freight is charged at the rates charged by Australia Post.
Where a dispute arises Wholesale Beads promises that its staff will act quickly, honestly and ethically to resolve the issue.

From time to time Wholesale Beads may need to change the Terms and Conditions of this web page. Customers will be notified that the Terms and Conditions have changed on the order sheet before a purchase is finalised.
